Verona's a manageable mix of older Colonials around Verona Park and newer construction up the hill. Most homes are straightforward — but the ones that aren't, aren't.
Unlike Glen Ridge or Montclair, Verona didn't lock its housing in the early 20th century. The streets around Verona Park and Bloomfield Avenue have Colonials and Cape Cods from the 1920s through 1950s. Up the hill toward Cedar Grove and into the Hilltop section, you get a lot of split-levels, ranches and newer Colonials from the 1960s through 1990s. There's also a steady stream of newer construction and tear-downs in the post-2000 range.
That mix means we're never quite sure what we'll find on a Verona service call until we're at the door — and that's fine, because we've handled all of it.
The full town: Verona Park area, Hilltop, the Bloomfield Avenue corridor, Brookdale-adjacent streets, the Lakeside area, and the newer construction along the Cedar Grove border. Same-day appointments throughout.
We also cover Cedar Grove, Montclair, Glen Ridge, Bloomfield, West Orange, Livingston, Maplewood, South Orange and Millburn.
Whether your home's from 1925 or 2015, we've worked on it.
